Cutzen es un sistema para barberías y negocios de belleza. Esta política explica qué información maneja Cutzen, para qué la usa y cómo la protege. Aplica a la app Cutzen (para dueños y empleados), a las apps de clientes que hacemos para cada negocio y a este sitio web.

Quién es responsable

Cada negocio que usa Cutzen es dueño de la información de sus clientes. Cutzen la guarda y la procesa en nombre de ese negocio, solo para dar el servicio. Si eres cliente de una barbería, también aplica la política de privacidad de esa barbería.

Información que manejamos

• De los clientes del negocio: nombre, teléfono, correo, citas, servicios, pagos, propinas, membresías y lugar en la fila.
• De los dueños y empleados: nombre, usuario, foto, horarios, asistencia, tickets y comisiones.
• De quien nos pide una demostración: nombre, barbería, teléfono, ciudad y lo que nos escriba.
• Datos técnicos básicos para que la app funcione, como el idioma o los permisos de avisos.

Para qué la usamos

• Agendar, recordar, cambiar o cancelar citas, y avisar cuando es el turno en la fila.
• Cobrar servicios y membresías, y calcular las ganancias de cada empleado.
• Enviar avisos por la app, mensaje de texto o WhatsApp sobre citas y turnos.
• Dar soporte al negocio y mejorar el sistema.

Cutzen no vende información. No le enseña a los clientes de un negocio otros negocios, y no usa sus datos para anuncios de otros.

Quién más la ve

Solo los proveedores que necesitamos para dar el servicio (alojamiento de datos, procesamiento de pagos y envío de mensajes), con contratos que les prohíben usarla para otra cosa. Dentro de cada negocio, los empleados solo ven lo necesario para su trabajo; los datos de contacto de los clientes los ve el dueño.

Pagos

Los pagos con tarjeta los procesa un procesador de pagos certificado. Cutzen no guarda los números de tarjeta.

Cuánto tiempo la guardamos

Mientras el negocio use Cutzen y lo que pidan las leyes de impuestos y contabilidad. Si un negocio deja Cutzen, puede pedir una copia de sus datos y que los borremos.

Tus opciones

• Pedir una copia de tu información, corregirla o borrarla.
• Dejar de recibir mensajes respondiendo “STOP” o apagando los avisos en tu teléfono.

Menores

Cutzen no está hecha para menores de 13 años. Las citas de menores las hace un adulto responsable.

Cambios

Si cambiamos esta política, ponemos la fecha nueva arriba.

Privacy policy

Cutzen is a system for barbershops and beauty businesses. This policy explains what information Cutzen handles, why, and how it is protected. It covers the Cutzen app (for owners and staff), the client apps we build for each business, and this website.

Who is responsible

Each business using Cutzen owns its clients’ information. Cutzen stores and processes it on that business’s behalf, only to provide the service. If you are a client of a barbershop, that barbershop’s privacy policy also applies.

Information we handle

• Business clients: name, phone, email, appointments, services, payments, tips, memberships and place in line.
• Owners and staff: name, username, photo, schedules, attendance, tickets and commissions.
• Demo requests: name, barbershop, phone, city and any message.
• Basic technical data needed for the app to work, such as language or notification permissions.

How we use it

• Book, remind, change or cancel appointments, and notify clients when it is their turn.
• Charge for services and memberships, and calculate staff earnings.
• Send app, text or WhatsApp notices about appointments and turns.
• Support the business and improve the system.

Cutzen does not sell information. It never shows a business’s clients other businesses, and does not use their data for anyone else’s ads.

Who else sees it

Only the providers we need to run the service (data hosting, payment processing and messaging), under contracts that forbid any other use. Inside each business, staff see only what their work needs; client contact details are visible to the owner.

Payments

Card payments are handled by a certified payment processor. Cutzen does not store card numbers.

Retention

For as long as the business uses Cutzen and as required by tax and accounting laws. A business that leaves Cutzen can ask for a copy of its data and for it to be deleted.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of your information, correct it or delete it.
• Stop messages by replying “STOP” or turning off notifications on your phone.

Children

Cutzen is not intended for children under 13. Appointments for minors are made by a responsible adult.

If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
